MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY

Clean and comfortable room to rent with double bed, hanging space, desk and chair in West Watford, minutes away from Watford General Hospital, the Metropolitan Line and about 20 minutes from Watford Junction. Very close to the magnificent Cassiobury Park and all the amenities of the town centre. Car owners will need to apply for a Permit as this is a Permit Only Road - easy to obtain one and I have spare vouchers.

Easy going and amiable part time lecturer landlady. Access to the dining room, kitchen and all its equipment, bathroom and garden. Wifi available and TV point if required in room, but you need to bring your own TV.

Clean towels and sheets provided and washed as necessary - ironing not my favourite thing!

The £125 includes rent, but it would be kind if you could share the cost of things used communally - bathroom stuff, washing tabs as we use them up.

No couples sorry.

I have put 3 January 2019 as the next available opportunity to rent the room in my house, but do please call if you need access earlier than that date.
