Located in Leavesden. it is 5 minutes walk to Warner Brother Studios, ASOS and British Telecom and within easy access to M25/M1, which is 5 minute drive to either. There is a bus stop at the end of road to Watford Town Centre and Watford Junction Station.
This is a Mon-Fri let only.
My front living room is converted into bedsit (10ft x 12ft)a very comfortable size to have as a living space. Includes a single bed, a sofa, drawers, dining table and chair, freeview TV, free wireless internet connection.
There is a downstairs toilet plus an upstairs bathroom with walk in shower.
Full use of the kitchen facilities including use of utilities e. g a washing machine, tumble dryer.
Parking available on road in front of house with no parking restrictions.
Local shops, CoOp, Tesco Express, post office, doctor and dentist and a few pubs, takeaways and restaurants within walking distance.
