. £700 per month all bill included
. room with double bed is fully furnished with wardrobe, table and chair, chest of drawers
. shared living room and kitchen
. large window, direct view to the garden
. convenient location (15mins walking to trainstation, town center, aldi, sainsbury's)
. not en-suite but you will have your own toilet
. all housemate are professionals as they are respectful and taking turn to do chore around the house
. all ultilities are included and cleaners will come every 2 weeks (fee already included in rent)
