Approx 15 min walk to Shire Park and about the same to Welwyn North Station and approx the same to Welwyn Garden City station, easy bus services and cheap cabs as well - A lovely place to live, chilled and friendly. I’m the landlord and live here currently, hopefully moving out later in the year - I’m a friendly relaxed person so there is no need to worry about rules and unrealistic demands. As long as you respect and treat the place like your own home then that’s the only real rule and we will all get in fine :-)

One of the two lodgers is moving out 16 Sep, so I’m looking for someone to take that room

Supplied within the rent cost is all electric/gas/water, council tax - and toilet roll, kitchen roll, general cleaning stuff and cleaner, she is here every two weeks. So, literally all you need is own food and washing machine liquid. Everything else is included and for everyone to use, that includes Wifi, Virgin TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, spare Virgin Box in the back room for extra TV.

I’m happy to consider Monday to Friday options as well as 7 days per week. Both rooms are double rooms with new double beds and plenty of storage space, it’s safe a quiet place here just on the outskirts of town, easy parking on the road, and good shops within 5 mins walking distance.
