Comortable room in 3 Bed house close to Shire Park

I have a double room to rent in Dawley, Welwyn Garden City. The room fits a double bed but is a strange shape so be advised. There is a Double bed, Double wardrobe, Chester draws and bedside table supplied and some storage available both in the room , in the rest of the house and the garage.

I’m looking for either a Mon-Thu commuter or full time flat mate.

The house is clean and tidy and you would be expected to keep it in a similar state. I enjoy company but also enjoy a bit of my own space so you would have to be Ok with that. That said I consider myself to be quite friendly. There are all the normal amenities such as dish washer, washing machine, wireless internet etc. There is a modest garden which I am currently in the process of sprucing up!

I sometimes work away from home and sometimes I don’t (I’m self-employed) so you would have to be mostly self-sufficient. All the bills are included with the exception of the land line phone which I have but don’t use (Long story) so you would be welcome to that if you liked.
