Bright and spacious double room available
I have a lovely sized double room available from beginning of January, however my current flatmate has said she could move out sooner if I found someone. As I have an en-suite the bathroom will practically be yours! The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet block that is within easy distance of the town centre.
I work in Watford Monday to Friday and tend to have plans in the evenings and on weekends however I do like to chill in front of the telly too!
Rent is 500pcm and we split bills. Room is already partly furnished with double bed, 2 wardrobes and 2 bedside tables. I have a washing machine, dishwasher and Sky TV too.
