Clean tidy sociable non-smoker wanted for a fully furnished room. It is 5 minutes walk from the town and the station, just off Broadwater Road. It is a semi detached 4 bedroom property.

The main bathroom you will share with one other person, who is also clean and tidy.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chested drawers, and under the bed storage. There is also room for your own furniture in the room.

The total cost of the room per month is £550, including all bills (council tax, internet, phone line, water, gas, electricity).

There is a deposit required of £550 before moving in. The lounge, kitchen and garden are communal areas that all housemates have access to all of the time.

My current housemate who is in this room at the moment is moving in with one of her girlfriends, and has been sharing with me for 9 months. The remaining housemate has been with me just over five years, and spends most of her time at her boyfriend's.

I am nurse so will require at times after night shifts the house to be very quiet. I rent out the spare rooms in my property to subsidise my income. There is also a spare room for friends to occasionally come and stay.
