The accommodation is spacious, comfortable for 2 people to live in & about 2 miles from the town & train station. The room is a double with wardrobe, double bed, chest of draws & bedside table. There's even a treadmill in there, which will move into the garage if you don't want to use it!
I am friendly & easy going but if you want to keep yourself to yourself, that's fine to.
I have an elderly cat, so if you don't like cats that have dementia, don't bother!
I do smoke but not in the home. I'm recently separated. I have more than a full time job, a good network of family & friends so I'm out a lot.
Happy to share living space but not at the weekends.
