The room comes part furnished including bed, wardrobe, draws and single couch, however you are welcome to bring your own furniture too if preferred.

The bills included in your rent are council tax, water and service charges. Please note, professionals preferred.

Broadband is connected to the property and one of the tenants arranges this and asks for other housemates to contribute to the monthly cost, so very inexpensive.
