Detached house where the owners live in their own quarters at the rear of the main house so the roomers have their own space, the shared areas will be maintained by the owner. Radiators in each room. The village is quite small with beautiful walks which circle around or reach the next village if longer walks are required.
The rooms available are double, there is a large living room not shared with the owner and a well fitted kitchen with two fridges, a cooker, hob and microwave, etc. also not shared. There is Wireless broadband throughout and oil central heating. It is a relaxed, quiet household with street parking. Close to Letchworth, Baldock & Stevenage. It is an older style house with space and has a homely atmosphere. There is a village shop in walking distance, plus a couple of Pubs. Lovely footpaths through pleasant country side nearby.
