I have a fully furnished Double room, available for rent £150 per week. which will be available from the 1st February, all bills are inc In the price, regular bus service, wifi, tv provided in room, shower and bathroom upstairs and small toilet downstairs, dining area with a table, also a decent size kitchen, 2 gardens and parking, lock on room door and own keys will be given, long or short term use accepted. Will require (4 weeks) notice when leaving the property, for the deposit to be returned. Must be clean, tidy and working, also no time wasters! Pm me if you require anymore Information :)
