Lovely flat for rent 10 mins walk from city centre

Looking for a flatmate to move in ideally around September time, I work full time in the centre, I like going out and socialising and like to have a laugh but I also like chilling out in front of the telly too, I'm easy going and would like to share with someone similar :) would prefer a professional person that's looking for a long term contract, flat is fully furnished but new tenant would need to provide their own bedroom furniture, cracking view from the flat and so close to town! :) give me a shout if this sounds good to you!
