We have a beautiful 3 bedroom victorian townhouse with only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and from the caledonian canal. Definitely worth a viewing!
About us - we are a recently married couple in our very early 30s. Ellie is a secondary school teacher and Christian is an aircraft engineer. We also have two gorgeous dogs - Monty (Border Collie) and Bertie (Springer Spaniel).
We are quite an active couple and often go for walks, cycles and weekends away. We enjoy eating and drinking out with friends in town and can often be found at La Tortilla enjoying a glass of their finest wine.
Our home features a recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. We have a shared living room with open fire, sky tv; including full Sports and Movies packages. We have a separate dining/sitting room with a stunning log burner which heats most of downstairs.
The bedroom is a large double fully furnished with basin in the room and plenty of storage space. It has access to a shared family size bathroom with bath.
We have free on road and off road parking, a small garden and a shed.
Our rate inculdes all bills so Gas, Electricity, Fibre Optic Broadband, Sky and CT.
