I have a large, furnished bedroom for rent in a bungalow in the Balloch area of Inverness. Situated 10 minutes from the City Centre, Retail Park and University. The room comes furnished with a King Size solid wood bed, brand new carpet and freshly painted. 2 large windows look out on to a well kept large back garden.

Full use of kitchen and use of living room when I'm not using it myself. Kitchen is large with 6 seated dining table and door leading onto garden. Living room is also quite large with Sky TV and Fiber Optic Broadband. The bathroom boasts a double shower with drencher and plenty of storage cupboards.

The room would be suited for either a student or a professional. Someone tidy and courteous. I have 2 cats who spend most of their time in the garden.

I'm not out every weekend or throwing parties all the time and would be looking for someone who lives the same as I'm in a very professional job.
