Double room in lovely house in Cowes

Hello,

I am a mid-twenties bubbly professional female looking for someone similar to rent a double bedroom in my lovely Victorian semi-detached house in Cowes that I live in with my boyfriend.

The house is located on a quiet street, just a 10 minute walk from Cowes high street and chain ferry (in opposite direction). Newport is a 15 minute drive away.
The room is a good size and is comfortably fitted with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and has views over the back garden.

The entire house is decorated to a high standard throughout, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs comprises of a large modern open-plan kitchen/ dining room with a utility area leading to the bathroom. There is separate spacious living room and a large garden for when the weather gets warmer, with plenty of storage in a padlocked shed and a lean-to for bikes, surfboards, etc. On Street parking is free/un-permitted but on a first come first served basis.

The rent is £400 pcm and includes utility bills.

A bit about me:

I am in my mid-twenties and work in the sailing industry. I enjoy most sports and sail, surf, ski and cycle so it would be a bonus if you are into similar stuff and there is plenty of room to store bikes/boards/equipment! I like good food, cooking and having friends over to dinner. I am looking for a like-minded person to live with - a clean and tidy environment is a must but I'm not completely OCD! I am absolutely not into having wild parties at the house, drugs or having strangers stay the night - so if that sounds more your thing, please look elsewhere!
