Bright En-suite room in a good location

I am a young professional guy, seeking a housemate in my house in Cowes.
The house is a large Victorian house a very short walk from the high street. It has recently been decorated to a high standard which is also seen in the room in question.
It is a large, bright room, sporting a kinsize bed, tv, wardrobe etc. The bedroom has an En-suite in it.
I am a keen sailor and cyclist, working as an Engineer locally, but also abroad, meaning that I spend a lot of my time away
