Available for short lets that could extend to a longer let if the match was good.
Ideal starting point if you are new to the Island.

My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9.30am to 7.30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly or every other week professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm, 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlord’s reference and conformation of employment.
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• Smokers are generally not accepted at my properties unless clearly stated on the advert.
• Other properties are available if you can’t see what you need in the first instance.
• I charge a one off booking of between £95 (Individual) and £150 (Company) which is payable when you move in.
