Very close to Cowes High Street for the shops, and bus services. A spacious furnished double room with single bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet with lamp with shared use of a bathroom is available at £380 per calendar month. This sum includes, reasonable charges for gas, electric, water and council tax only but does not include broadband. Sharers are encouraged to obtain and use their own mobile broadband using a dongle. Mobile broadband is extremely cheap. There is a very good signal in the house. Shorter lets are considered but with a minimum of 1 week, and at a weekly sum of £350 per week. The house is big, and very spacious. The fixtures, fittings, and furniture are of a high standard. No smoking and no pets.
