Large Double Loft Room Avalible

Hello
my current lodger just moved out to get their own place. I have a large loft room available, plus shared bathroom and kitchen, Also garden. The room is basically the whole top floor so there is no one else on that level so its really private and im assures quiet. It has a new carpet, newly painted, nice double bed with matching bedside cabinets and a chest of draws. All bills included.
I do have a child, a lovely medium sized well behaved dog and 3 cats so its quite lively, but they have no access to the room. Ours is a family home not a show home. were very relaxed, would prefer a female. Single parent and child considered Happy for you to repaint, have friends round ect.
