We have 6 high quality, fully furnished, brand new rooms available for weekly or longer term lets. All rooms are decorated to a high standard, have new furniture & bedding, en suite bathrooms and flat screen TV's & Broadband. We also offer a communal Lounge, Kitchen & Laundrette. Private Parking also available.

The rooms are situated in the property formally known as The Sandpipers Hotel. The rooms have not been used since being upgraded. The property is situated next to Freshwater Bay & Tennyson Down, Freshwater town is a 15 min walk.

For 2013 the rooms are only £95 per week. We are offering short term accommodation for working people, contractors and people wanting 'room only' holiday accommodation. We do have one room that has a double and a single bed.

We don't ask for a holding deposit but there is a £25 admin fee to secure a room.
