We are looking for a quiet tenant for our bight modern self contained and fully furnished loft flat, on the 2nd floor of a detached house on Carisbrooke Road.

The flat has been refurbished to a high standard. It is a very light, spacious and modern space. It comprises a large open plan double bed/sitting room with a kitchenette at one end, and an ensuite shower room which also has a built in washing machine. There is a comfortable double bed. There is a small round dining table with stools, and a comfy sofa. There is hanging and storage space for clothes, and storage space in the eaves. We have good fast broadband/wi-fi.. The flat has lovely views over a tranquil garden and stream. However, the sloping ceilings into the eaves may not suit someone very tall.

It is 2 minutes walk from the local Co-op convenience store, and is close to Newport - 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bicycle or a 10 minute walk. We are situated very close to picturesque Carisbrooke Castle. There are excellent walking/running/cycling/mountain biking routes from the doorstep.

Access is through a shared house. Rent is £600 pcm. Bills, including council tax are included, except for electricity which is on a meter. One month's rent is required as deposit.
