Shared bathroom, 2 toilets and a living room – use of sofas, dining table, large tv and fireplace (if provide own wood).

5 mins away from all amenities like town, central bus station, beach, hovercraft, train station, restaurants, swimming pool, bowling, Post Office, takeaways, pubs, doctors' and chemist. Very convenient for Newport, Cowes, Shanklin and East Cowes etc. by bus or car as bus stops nearby.

The rear garden overlooks open field and have storage for bicycles and free parking available on the parallel street. There is a total of three other people in the house, including myself. We are a quiet friendly household living in a clean, tidy house situated in a quite area looking for an employed person to join us.
