Smokers welcome but no smoking in the house (covered outside area). Bath / shower / toilet not ensuite but next door to room. Second toilet downstairs. Bedding and towels can be supplied.
This is a quiet, professional house so if you are a party animal it may not be the place for you.
Initial one month trial can be extended on a month by month basis. Mon - Fri lets also considered.
