Lovely bright room on edge of Ashford Town Centre

Hi,
I'm looking for a flatmate to share my lovely purpose built two bedroom flat in a conservation area on the edge of Ashford Town Centre, just 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and less that 10 minutes from the International Station.
The flat is larger than most with a separate kitchen with spacious dining area and a large lounge.
The kitchen has a washing machine, oven and hob, large fridge freezer.
The Bathroom has a bath with proper shower over (and we have a new combi boiler so there is always hot water).
The bedroom is a good size, has a single bed but with a super comfy Tempur memory foam mattress, a built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers shelving and chair..
Virgin superfast broadband and all bills included.
There is no parking but you may be eligible for an on street permit (£35 a year from the council) but this is not guaranteed.
I'm a qualified art teacher and vegetarian/pescatarian who loves cooking, cinema and creative industries.
I'm looking for a female of similar age and with similar interests., ideally working regular hours. No Couples or males please
