This is a 4 bedroom house, we have our own toilet and bath in the 2nd floor, we don't share with the tenants. We have a 7yr old child and a dog. The dog stays in the Living Room with closed door. We will be in & out of town later on with our dog.
The 2 tenants (single & double room) will share with 1 bath and 2 toilets.
The double & single room are at the 3rd floor with 1 bath and toilet in the middle.
Another toilet in the ground floor.
