We're looking for a professional, non-smoker to share a peaceful, clean and tidy home with myself, one other female (and my cat!) We're tidy and respectful of each other's privacy and we're definitely not party animals .... I hope that doesn't make us sound dull & boring!! We're looking for someone easy-going and happy to fit in with us!
The house, which has been completely renovated, has a nice atmosphere, offering comfortable accommodation and is situated in a quiet road with off-road parking.
The room is fully furnished and the main bathroom is shared use with one other.
Internet/broadband, washing machine & dishwasher, together with all bills, are included.
The Retail/Designer Outlet, the Stour Leisure Centre (for Jasmin Vardimon Dance Co) and Ashford International/ Domestic stations are all less than 10 minutes’ walk. The town centre is approx 15 minutes’ walk and the M20 (both Junctions 9 and 10) is less than 10 minutes’ drive.
