A friendly house. You will be sharing all the household features with the owner ( 56) and one male tenant (34) Washing machine, dryer, large kitchen, dinningroom/lounge, conservatory, garden, garage, tv, broadband. Room furnished with bed, wardrobe. Terms of rent and deposit may be flexible to right person.
Please note this is Ashford in Kent(55miles or just under 90km south east of London and not Ashford middlesex just west of London.
The quality of house is high and the rent is BELOW AVERAGE, i have priced the rent like this because i want to attract someone that recognises value for money and will respect this and my house/belongings accordingly.
I (the house holder) am hardly ever around due to work and travel time and my tenant is an easy going quiet man busy with his life. Smoking outside in the garden or in extreme bad weather in conservatory. My tenant has a lovely placid small dog and because of this it will be difficult to accommodate another one. Calls best on a Monday or Tuesday at any time of the day, if calling rest of week, best to contact in the mornings(wednesday to sunday is my working week). I drive a lot so cant answer or return calls until i stop. But will return all messages. May be possible for room one to be available but rent naturally would be higher .
Soon to start decorating so if you a shift worker asleep I respect that and will get on with quiet jobs .
