A very large room which comprises the entire top floor in a family house. Also use of luxury bathroom which is little used. Its a very large light airy room is currently furnished with a double bed and furnishings including wardrobes, drawers and a desk (can also be unfurnished). Absolutely massive living space more like a studio. There is also a small private balcony for your exclusive use off the room and being on the top floor you can be assured of privacy. We are a very friendly busy family with well behaved and quiet children. The room is seperated by its own staircase. The shared spaces comprise the kitchen and dining area and also an area for laundry plus the garden. Bills included. Great road and rail links. Busy professional people working shifts so consideration given and expected.
