Large double room

It’s a large double bedroom available from 7th May 2024 in a three bedroom terraced property, with a well kept garden. 5 min walk to train station with trains into central london and the city, plus trams to east Croydon.
There are two of us (both female) both working full time, living in the property at the moment (I’m the live in landlord). Plus a large dog, a Labradoodle. This is a home where housemates share the living space it’s not a HMO. Housemates share the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. It’s pretty much a quiet house with everyone going about their business during the week, at weekends there’s a bit more time to share a glass of wine and catch up, even share a meal or two.. House rules are simple, respect everyone’s space. Clean up after yourself. Pay the rent on time. Ideally we’re looking to share with a friendly working professional, in their 30’s and up, that wants to settle for a while as long as we all get on, that doesn’t work from home full time, doesn’t mind making a fuss of the dog, and Is happy to pull their weight when it comes to household chores.
