The available room is on the first floor of the house. The room has LOADS of wardrobe space with contained shelving units for clothes and belongings. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person only (as the other rooms rented out all have en-suites). There is a bath and a separate shower, toilet in the bathroom. Huge mirrors and plenty of space for toiletries. Pictures to be uploaded of bathroom soon.

It's a large house with a good atmosphere. There are three reception rooms (one is being used as a mini-gym with running machine, cycling machine & we have been known to practice yoga in there on the wooden floor). It looks out onto the garden and is lovely in the summer. The other two are large, comfortable reception rooms with high ceilings and comfy sofas. We've also got a BIG garden which has been a treat in the summer in previous years for BBQs. The kitchen is bright and very homely. Being such a big house it's important that we all clean up after ourselves so we're looking for someone who'll respect that please! We are not neat-freaks but it's a big house that needs TLC.

At the moment there's myself (27 yrs working in marketing in the city), Tracey (29, podiatrist working locally) and Becky (26 my sister and works in the West End) and Rachel living together. We usually cater for ourselves although have been known on the odd occasion to cook together. I am often home late or away at the weekends and it's rare for us all to be in at the same time. We pretty much do our own thing but sometimes do go out for a drink together. We're looking for friendly, easygoing housemate who will treat the house as a home.

It's a short 5 minute walk to Bexley Village station (30 minute train to London Bridge/Cannon St/Charing X), you're a short walk away from shops, bars, restaurants, post office etc.
