Private double room and kitchenette in annex

Quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking. Woodland a 5 minute walk away. Private side entrance, lobby area leading to studio double room with kitchenette, large storage cupboard/wardrobe and shower room with wc.
We’re a young family of 5 with three home schooled children and as such we’ve fitted a solid core door between our side of the house and the annex to prevent little people exploring. The door will be locked and the downstairs wc only used by us in emergencies or when you aren’t there so as to minimize any inconvenience.
Kitchen has a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and single induction hob. We are happy to accommodate with any added furniture or utensils as required.
There is a launderette, post office, fish and chip shop, curry house, pharmacy and multiple convenience stores all on the estate and if required cleaning can be arranged at a fee. We could consider use of our washing machine. We currently have a tenant who will be moving back home in April when we will be adding a washer dryer to the annex.
