Room to rent

I have a room to rent in a house in Bexley. I have two friendly cats, which are mainly outdoors. I am a retired Medical Secretary and work part-time from home teaching English on line. Though I am older, I am very young-minded and fun to live with. The property is located in a very quiet close with a large garden, which is ideal for sitting out in, in the summer.

Bexley Mainline Station is 15 minutes walking distance away, and Bexleyheath Station is also nearby. There is Bexleyheath Shopping Centre and there are also buses to Blue Water Shopping Centre, and to London. There are quite a few pubs and bars in both Bexley and Bexleyheath.

You must be a non-smoker, not allergic to cats, and of high moral standing. The rent can be payable weekly in advance, at £110 per week, or every four weeks at £440, (for one person, with extra for two) and this is inclusive of all bills and use of washing machine. Internet use (including Skype). I can offer meals, if needed, for extra. You will have the use of the kitchen and dining room so that you are not confined to one room. There are two toilets and one bathroom which is shared with myself. This is somewhere you can call your own home.
