Bright ground-floor flat adjoining country house, 4 miles from Canterbury.

This flat is set in a peaceful rural position, away from the main road, overlooking open countryside. The village has an excellent pub, and a bus service to Canterbury and Folkestone. There is a small shop in the adjacent village.

The accommodation comprises own entrance porch, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom + ensuite shower/loo, 2nd bedroom/study (for occasional spare room use), airing cupboard, spacious sitting room, use of garden, car-parking spaces. The flat is currently furnished, but could be let un-furnished if required.

I live in the main part of the house with my 2 dogs and am looking for someone professional and quiet or a responsible post-graduate student. The rent excludes electricity bills, and you will need to make a contribution to Council Tax (unless a student)and Water Rates. This flat would suit one person or a couple, and the 2nd bedroom/study allows only occasional guests to stay overnight.
