Large period room seconds from Broadstairs beach

Professional housemate wanted for large period room on the 2nd floor of my maisonette in the centre of Broadstairs. Steven (a catering manager at Manston ) and I need a calm Civilised individual with a sense of humour to join us in Buckingham road.
I also sometimes do Airbnb in my other 2 rooms and, although keeping yourself to yourself is fine, being affable in shared areas is essential. A current dbs would also be an advantage. There’s one large family bathroom with a shower and bath plus an additional toilet .There is also a large kitchen diner and a small first floor patio.
