The flat is in a nice quiet cul de sac just 6 minutes from Bromley South Station, and within 10 minutes of Bromley High Street. Great bus connections just a short walk away. The room is on the rear of the flat (1st floor) overlooking the garden.
A decent size kitchen with fan oven/hob and washing machine. A good size bathroom with over head shower. A large living room shared with just me is also there to use. SKY TV and Wifi are also installed.
Rent is based on single/double occupancy and includes all basic bills. £550pcm single occupuncy or £600 per month for a couple.
A deposit and ID/reference is required.
