Double Room in Nice Quiet House!

Large shared kitchen with all new white goods

I work locally and my dad and I are the landlords. My Dad lives in the Lake District but I only live a short distance away in Herne Bay so am never far away to come and sort anything out. The only things rent does not include are gas, electricity and any calls you make on the landline so all rates are covered. The gas and electric are on prepayment meters so no worries over huge bills - housemates just share the top up on an equal share as necessary. The house is a mixed bunch and they like the occasional bbq/soiree but no more than quarterly! Would prefer professionals but open to offers from the right person! Shared use of kitchen/lounge/bathroom/wetroo m. Unlimited wifi and a landline. Free parking and 25mins walk to city centre or bus stop outside if you're that way inclined!
