The house is within walking distance (20 mins) of the University of Kent. There's a regular bus service to Town, or University of Kent only seconds away, and a convenience store nearby. All bedrooms have 4' double beds (single occupancy only - sorry, no couples). There's a separate sitting room with TV provided.
Full time university students only.
The bills package includes : Gas, Electric, Water, Sewerage, Fast broadband, TV License, and Garden Maintenance.
