Hey, I’m looking to move out in June and so I need someone to takeover my tenancy which ends on 1st of July. You’ll be staying here for a month under my tenancy (hence no paper work for you to do).

There’s a bus stop 1 minute walk away.
The price includes ALL BILLS (Electricity, Gas, Water, Wifi).
The house has one kitchen, one store room, one lounge, one toilet downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. You’ll be sharing this space with 3 other tenants.
The room has plenty of space with lots of storage, wardrobes and drawers. The decoration and the table fan are mine, but other than that all the furniture is provided as you can see in the images.
