Medium size double room available for long term lets from the start of December. Fully furnished with double bed, built-in cupboard, dressing table, chair, desk, and view of the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are recently refurbished, there's new double glazing throughout and the walls and ceiling are fully insulated.

£450pcm including bills (gas, electric, water, sewage, council tax, broadband wifi)

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, is well situated for UKC students and is 15 minutes from the town centre and train stations by foot. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, microwave, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space and plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The open-plan living/dining room has a large table, surround sound DVD player and 42"; HD TV.

Current (socially distanced) inmates: 1 male human (me), one female human. 1 female rabbit (allergy warning!) I teach guitar while doing a PhD in music on the side.
