Single room available in spacious and well-presented shared house within the city walls, just a minutes’ walk from subway on the main street for £300 a month!
The room is available from the 1st of July and is suitable for both those looking for somewhere just over the summer (as a July 1st to August 31st rent subletting from current tenant) and those who want to stay in the house the forthcoming year. Over the summer months you would be sharing with 3 PhD students (two guys and a girl) who are all very friendly and tidy.
The room is small but big enough to fit a double bed and desk in (although comes with a single) but the house comes with ample shared space including both a living room and dining room as well as kitchen and recently refitted bathroom. There is also a garden for enjoying the summer in!
