We are seeking a nice friendly girl who is going to share a big, clean house with 2 girls.
We would like : a girl who tidies up after herself, is respectful. Some one who is responsible and pays bills on time. Someone who doesn't have a lot of house guests and if they do, is happy to inform Cathy and I (Rumena) about them.
We are friendly, and chatty girls. I am going to graduate and am working. Cathy will be a second year mature student.

There is a big garden. You will be sharing a bathroom with Cathy. Toilet/shower.
Fully furnished house.
Contract starts from 1st July 2012 - half rent over the summer if you will not be living at the property. NO admin fee. Deposit is one months rent (£320)
Bills are approx £35 a month.
We are environmentalists - so are not appreciative of someone who is constantly wasting electricity etc.
