Please bear in mind we have a 5 year old son and an outdoor cat that sometimes comes in to sleep or eat. We are reasonable people and need a lodger who is understanding and also cleans after themselves.
Access to washing machine and own fridge.
Have a spare TV but you may need a smart box or aerial.
