SINGLE ROOM- comes with a futon double bed that also can be used as a couch if wanted or you have a choice of a traditional double mattress if you want to use it exclusively as a bed. If space is important to you, arrangements could be made to downgrade to a smaller single bed.

The large window lets in plenty of light.

It also features a wardrobe with mirror, cd/dvd shelving, a bedside table and a wide screen TV with virgin media box (full vip package including sky sports and movies with hundreds of FOC movies on demand) high speed WiFi in room.

DOUBLE ROOM (now taken)
full Virgin Media VIP package, including high speed up to 100mb wi-fi, as well as the full package of Virgin Media with a V+ recordable box (including HD Sky Movies and HD Sky sports) 32 inch TV with surround sound and is furnished with a double bed, memory foam topped orthopaedic mattress, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and two bed side tables. Also has a mirror. All soft furnishings are available though I understand if you want to use your own.

I would consider a couple in the double but due to increase in costs, water, etc and overall house use, the price is £600 pcm for a couple.

I have two cats who will be in the shared areas, are very friendly and will not cause problems, just notice for allergy purposes.

Price includes the cost of a professional cleaner that will visit fortnightly to clean the shared areas to top up the cleaning

Applicants must be professionals, No DSS, Price includes all bills (within reason) and standard landline /virgin mobile calls (additional charges for other mobile calls).

A surcharge for consumables of £5 a month will be chargeable, but this covers kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps, etc this can be opted out of if not wanted
