I have one room available to rent, this being either a single (£475) or a double (£800). I am a live-in landlord and don't mind which of the bedrooms I sleep in.
The property has heaps of character, has a warm and homely feel to it. It also has a large open plan living room/ fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, roadside parking, wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. All bills are included.
Local bus stop is a 3 minute walk which takes you into New Eltham, Chislehurst, Bromley, Sidcup etc. Chislehurst train station is a 15 minute walk with trains to London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.
I am a young (ish) friendly professional. I have two small bundles of fluff (dogs) who mean the world to me so I am looking for an animal lover to share my home with. I enjoy going to the gym, horse riding and the occasional chocolate bar.
