Newly refurbished five bedroom home (in a quiet private road off Chislehurst Common. A few minutes from National Trust walks - Hawkwood Estate. Close to Royal Parade for great restaurants and shops.

We have three rooms, all light, newly decorated, wooden floors, storage, lovely views and one with new en suite shower room.

The shared areas consist of a large new kitchen with dining area overlooking the back garden, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. Separate laundry room with new washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bathroom has a stone bath, double basin and walk in shower. There is also a large study and lounge, extra shower room and wc on ground floor.

15-20 minutes walk to Chislehurst Station which is just 20 minutes to London Bridge. Good bus links and plenty of secure parking.

We have enjoyed sharing with visitors of all ages from around the world and the UK and are looking for one new sharer.
