DOUBLE BEDROOM NEXT TO SHARED BATHROOM

We have been hosting and teaching different guests of all ages for over 20 years and enjoy different cultures and new guests. We are very friendly and relaxed and our home is a Large 7 bedroomed 3 storey victorian house and very comfortable. We like to ensure that our visitors enjoy their stay with us. There are a choice of bedrooms available and are a good size. We enjoy having fun, but we are very respectful and there is plenty of room for peace and quiet if you need it. We have an allocated smoking area away from the main living area outside, so non smokers are not affected, but smokers are welcome. We also have plenty of parking if you drive or work away.
We live in an interesting part of Thanet close to beautiful sandy beaches..... There are many places of interest, good amenities, reliable public transport aswell as good links to London etc.
We are looking for any positive thinking professional person or student who is like minded and would like to stay in our house for a short while. We also have 2 gorgeous 1 yr old small and friendly King Charles Cavaliers. They are not used to going upstairs into the bedrooms. We also have 9 chickens in the garden ...so we have fresh eggs daily ( hopefully )
