4 double bedroom detached house for rent

Hi,

There are 4 bedrooms in total. but currently, 2 of them are vacant. minimum 6-month contract. Long LET's take priority.

The bills included: All utilities, internet, council tax, house cleaning, gardener, and I supply extras out of my pocket like household bin bags, toilet paper, washing up liquid, and washing machine tabs etc.. ect

Rent & Deposit:
- Rent for the month is paid at the beginning of every month, not the end.
Example: September rent is due on the 1st of September. October rent is due on the 1st of October.. This is for my safety and well-being. I do not want to be chasing or finding out later there are rent issues. Communication is very important.

The deposit gets paid when you move in. If you move in mid-month then you pay the deposit and how many days are left out of the month.
Example: move in on August 11th (31-day month) then you pay the deposit and 20 days of rent upfront.

This is a detached house with a driveway.

*Couples:*
The rent is: £1100 all bills included
The deposit is: £1100

There is a spacious rear garden with an outhouse that's big enough to be used as a craft room or yoga den or whatever. It's double-glazed and has electrics.

**The house is partially furnished:
- Each bedroom has its own wardrobe & shelving unit which are quite big..(see bedrooms 1 & 2 for reference).
*Single bed frame and mattress in each room. *You can bring your own if you prefer.

Basics the house does come with:
- Fridge /freezer with space for yours if you have one and don't want to get rid of it.
- Washing machine
- Cooker, stove/oven
-Kettle
-Microwave
-Toaster
-Sofa
-Dining table..

All the stuff you expect to find in a house.
I don't have a TV as I don't watch TV. If you have one you can have it in your room and mounted to the wall under the condition that it gets done properly and that when you move out you repair the wall.

2x bathrooms & 1 ensuite.
1 Front room & 1 conservatory
Kitchen with an extended dining room
Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are decent-sized

What I want from potential housemates:
Working professionals.
Clean persons who clean up after themselves!! (clean as you go), Restet a space after use! are respectful, and considerate of others - That's pretty much all I care about really.

The landlord:
I'm fairly laid back and open-minded but also well-organized and blunt, and kinda serious too. I treat all lodgers as my equals here but everything falls on my head should anything go wrong. There is no special rule for me Vrs you however If I do set a boundary it's because it's for all our benefit.. what you see is what you get. So yeah I'm nerdy and geeky. Not much of a lad haha so I hardly drink or go out on the lash. I love dark sci-fi and fantasy. My side hustle is making costumes, body jewelry, and 3D printing stuff. I'm a strong communicator and easy to talk to and socialize with. I get on best with people who respect blunt honesty and can take and both give constructive criticism/explain their logic. I'm also a ghost/ loner and can go off into my own world. - You might not see or hear from me for days unless we talk on the house whatsapp group :P
