I am renting out the double room in my flat in Erith. I am an assistant headteacher with a lot of extra space looking to help anyone out who is looking for a short term let.
The flat is a ten minute walk from Erith station in which you can get a 10 minute train to Abbey Wood, Elizabeth line which has direct, fast links into central London.

You will have your own bathroom and full access to the kitchen living area. There is also a beautiful balcony which gets the sun all afternoon- perfect for summer.

I am looking for a laid back housemate who is clean!
