Refurbished quite room with a double bed in a clean, neat and tidy home. The owner is the only other occupant. The room looks out onto open countryside. The house fronts onto a village green and is located in the pleasant village of Farningham. It is a peaceful and beautiful location. The property is 15 mins walk to Eysnford Railway Station. Farningham Road Station is 2 miles away and Swanley Railway Stations can be reached within 10 mins by car. There are bus services to Dartford and Sevenoaks. There is also easy access to Junction 3 of the M25 and the A20 into London. Bluewater and Sevenoaks are about 15 mins away by car.

The spare room has recently been decorated and benefits from a new carpet.. The room has a double bed, plus a new oak wardrobe and matching oak chest of drawers and an antique pine desk bureau ideal for laptop and computer working. It also has a new 32" smart TV (wall mounted and adjustable). The rent includes WIFI and all main utilities, but a small fortnightly contribution towards shared house hold consumables is asked for (eg washing up liquid, loo roll etc). There is a large flat screen HD TV in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped and the property also has a large Dyson washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house is gas centrally heated and fully double glazed. A small amount of storage space is available in the floor boarded attic. Parking is available in the street.

The house is tastefully furnished and has a large conservatory that overlooks a long south facing garden. The garden benefits from two patios and an area of decking. There is also a large BBQ (the type with a Chimney).
