The house is 10 minutes from Folkestone Central station offering easy access to London and the surrounding towns of Ashford, Canterbury, and Dover.

References will be required but no fees are payable until you confirm your room and we start your onboarding process at which point we will require a £75.00 holding deposit.
This will then be deducted from your first month's rent, which is payable in advance.
A £300 deposit, is to be paid in advance, which is registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
